Commercial Engineer, Master in Applied Economics from the University of Chile, and Ph. D. in Economics from the Graduate Institute of Geneva (Switzerland). He has worked as a consultant in international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank. Currently, he is a professor and academic director of the PhD in Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universidad de Talca.
