She is a political scientist from the University of Buenos Aires, Master’s degree and PhD. in Political Science from Northwestern University, United States. She has been a consultant for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), UN Women, the Foundation “Chile Descentralizado” and the National Institute of Human Rights (INDH). She currently works as academic, deputy director and Head of Undergraduate Studies at the Institute of Political Science at the Universidad Católica de Chile.
Her areas of specialization are political and government institutions, federalism and subnational politics, political parties, womens representation and electoral systems.
