Is a lawyer from the University of Chile. She is the co-founder of the law firm FerradaNehme, specialising in economic regulation and competition. She is also a professor of Economic Law at the University of Chile and professor of Free Competition at the University Adolfo Ibáñez.

She has published books, articles and papers on economic law and she is an active member of various organizations.
