An architect from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile with an MS degree in Architecture from MIT. He was the President of the Architectural Association of Chile, and former professor at Diego Portales University; He is currently a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.
He was the director of external services for the Department of Architecture and Urban Studies for the Pontifical Catholic University, and curator of Chile’s pavilion at the biennale in Venice in 2002, 2004 and 2010.
He is currently Director of the National Council for Culture and Arts and co-founder of the architecture firm Bresciani Gray Arquitectos, as well as board member of Fundación Iguales.
