An economist from the University of Chile, she holds a Masters in Arts, in Environmental and Development Policy from the University of Sussex.
She was a member of the National Lithium Commission, the International Scientific Committee of Enel Foundation in Rome; she is a co-founder and member of the Executive Committee and Technical Secretariat of the Energy Scenarios 2030 Platform and consultant for various international organizations such as OECD, UNCTAD, ECLAC, DFID and IADB.
She is currently the Executive Secretary of Energy 2050 and head of the Division of Energy Prospective and Policy. Additionally she is the Director of Policy, Strategy and Society in Energy and of the Foundation of Climate Change Chile.
